We design and manufacture a full line of heating systems for heating on a variety of substrates, including porous surfaces like corrugated cartons, paper or wood, or non-porous surfaces like plastics, stretch wraps, metals, glass and other.

Our IR heating systems are engineered inside and out for industrial strength operation. Many of the heating products are still in operation after 10 plus years of continuous use!

The ChamberIR heaters utilize a set of highly polished aluminum reflectors that focus the heat onto the product passing through the heater. The reflectors are water cooled and designed for continuous high temperature operation. They are manufactured using a clamshell style hinged opening that allows for easy access to the inside of the heaters for line loading and maintenance.

The ControlIR products range from discrete power controllers to complete control solutions for the IR heating system. The ControlIR systems are sized and scaled for the correct voltage, amperage and required power controller. Where required the air cooling and water cooling functionality is integrated to ensure safe long-life heater operation. Options can be added to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency such as temperature control, line speed versus lamp intensity control, voltage metering and product detect. Custom features and enhancements can be provided along with the basic controls and standard options.
