Horizontal Curing Cart

High powered and easily adjustable inline curing system for horizontal extrusion processes. The PCS cart systems are compact, and commonly used to obtain a skin cure on rubber profile extrusions, as well as the complete curing system for silicone and PEX-A tubing.

System Highlights:

Able to achieve a faster cure while occupying less floor space than conventional ceramic hot wall or hot air ovens.
Liquid cooled chamber heaters able to achieve full operating output in 5 seconds from start up, and radiant energy dissipates to ten percent within 5 seconds from shutdown. No time spent waiting for system warm up or cool down.
Internal reflector design focuses emitted energy to the center of the chamber where product passes, maximizing system efficiency.
Chamber heaters can be internally zoned, allowing the user to apply targeted heat to larger portions of an irregular profile without scorching the lower mass areas.
Chamber heaters mounted on twin electric lifts with 350mm range for line height and heater tilt adjustability. Controlled via user HMI.
Product temperature monitoring at heater exit via pyrometer or infrared camera system.
Fully integrated control system and coolant circuit.
Heater sizing optimized to match customer specific product diameters and line speed goals.
