The Model 5420 ControlIR is a 15 amp power controller designed to control the voltage supplied to one of our single lamp infrared heaters. It is available for 120, 240 and 480 volt control and comes with an 8 foot power cord. Control features are either: a manually set potentiometer, a manually set potentiometer with timer, or a 4-20mA external control signal. The 5420 uses a phase angle fired Solid State Relay (SSR) to provide precise voltage control to the heater. 

The following models are available:

• Model 5420 - has an off/on switch and a manual potentiometer that will vary the output voltage from 0% to97% of the line voltage.
• Model 5420E - has an off/on switch, a manual potentiometer that will vary the output voltage from 0% to 97% of the line voltage and a timer. The timer has a 50 increment dial and may be set to adjust the voltage and a timer. The timer has a 50 increment dial and may be set to adjust the voltage from 0 to 5.0 seconds, 0 to 50 seconds, 0 to 5.0 minutes, 0 to 50 minutes, 0 to 5 hours,or 0 to 50 hours.
• Model 5420ma - has and off/on switch and a receptacle/plug to accept a 4 to 20mA control signal from an external source to regulate the output voltage from 0% to 97% of the line voltage.
